Big Sky Design was called upon to carry out a budget-friendly upfit that focused on modern, aesthetic alterations. The challenge was to take the given spaces and define a new interpretation supporting functionality and durability. The resulting clubhouse is a seamless community space that is ideal for entertainment and gatherings, but also highly comfortable for everyday leisure. The Belle Meade Clubhouse décor is much like its residents, vibrant and modern. With a clean crisp palette accented with bold colors, the property’s common spaces are fresh and inviting. The design captures an edgy scene that offers southern charm with sophisticated details and custom design features. Considering its customizable capabilities, a splashy wall mural behind the gaming area conceived as a solution to the design’s quest for affordable, high-quality contemporary art.
One of the most interesting features of this design are custom barn doors leading into the corner of a private conference room. The heavy and dark wood tones infuse the space with warmth, while the corner installation suggests a more modern sensibility. In this design, furniture and art steal the show. Varied seating arrangements distinguish amenities featured throughout the open concept floor plan. Special effects lighting is strategically placed to further define spaces, enhance the aesthetic appeal and set the ambiance. Metallic accents, graphic wall coverings, and abstract wall art bring the space to life. The high endurance fitness center and resident clubroom both feature abstract art and open floor plan concepts. By blending weather wood tones with contemporary clean lines and bright colors, Belle Meade Clubhouse finds the perfect balance between modernity in a historical district.
