CAMS Management was founded on the principle that people, not property, come first. They needed an environment that propelled that principle to action. The Myrtle Beach location became an opportunity to create a brand; something energetic and welcoming that would reach a younger culture. The brand needed to be clearly recognizable in the space. We pulled the fresh colors from the new logo in to the space, adding complementary colors to keep it energetic.
The growing company also needed to serve its employees. The existing office space was wide open, so we had to find ways to create individual working zones for privacy and productivity, including using colors and intentional pattern to define the spaces. We designed and had locally fabricated a custom banquette with a high back and enveloping sides that surround to create a space for one on one meetings. We dispersed these quiet zones for concentration throughout. On the other hand, we established collective working areas with grouped seating and dry erase wallcovering for stimulating collaboration and engagement. Lastly, the kitchen needed a remodel, but the clients didn’t want to spend the budget on renovating such a small space. Adding a vibrant glass tile backsplash that tied into the fresh color scheme was a cost-effective way of creating a special element and adding visual interest.
